the Feast of Lady Theia

Feast of Madria Theia
13 Moura/March 4
O, Madria Graca, Guardian of Compassion, Love and Mercy, be with us.
Moura is the Season ruled over by the Janati of the Three-Fold Heaven. Those three Janati are Madria Candra, Madria Theia and Madria Rhea. (Madria means Mother. The Janati, as the Seven Powers of Dea, Powers which flow out of Dea and take on angelic form, are ‘little Mothers’.) The Janati of the Three-Fold Heaven are the Guardians of Spirit and Center and Guardians of the corresponding Season of Moura. They represent the Trinity and are therefore known as the Janati of the Three-Fold Heaven.
The other four Janati are rulers of the four cardinal directions and their corresponding Elements and Seasons and therefore, they are known as the Janati of the four-fold Earth.
Many do not realize that the male archangels are also Guardians of the cardinal directions and their corresponding Elements. In the Christian system, the Archangel Michael is Guardian of South and Fire; Gabriel is Guardian of West and Water; Uriel is Guardian of North and Earth and Raphael is the Guardian of East and Air.
Each Janya’s feast day is celebrated during the Sacred Season over which they rule. Hence, the feast of Madria Thema, Guardian of West and Earth is in Autumn. The feast of Madria Vicka, Guardian of South and Fire is in the Summer. Madria Sofia is the guardian of North and Air and so her feast day is in the Winter and the feast of Madria Graca is in the Spring, over which she rules, as the Guardian of East and Water. (Please note that our Cardinal direction system is different than that of other Traditions.)
This is why we find the three feast days of Madrias Theia, Candra and Rhaya all within the one short and most sacred Season of Moura.
And so, today is the Feast of the Janya, Madria Theia, which may also be celebrated this coming Sunday.

The Verses of The Seven Streams
The Seven Jeweled Rays
I am Theia, the Orange Ray of Illumination. I am the Brilliant Light of the Supernal Sun.
The Three-Fold Heaven is where I reign and it is Spirit that I guard.
Come to me when you are in need of enlightenment and I will open your mind.
Learn of me the Diamonds of Benevolence and Generosity and these shall be returned unto you, three-fold.
Seek me when you have sadness and are not able to perceive the joy in life and I shall uplift you.
Lend your downtrodden heart to me and I will return it to you overflowing with gladness.
I am Theia.
