(Instructions for the remainder of the week may be found at the end of this post.)

Today, we light the Blue Candle of Peace in honor of the Holy Daughter as Dea, Dove of Peace.  The Blue Candle also signifies the Sacred Season of Spring, the direction of East, the time of Dawn, the Symbol of the Dove and Madria Grace. The Mystery is Aurora, the New Dawn (of All Life).

Dove of Peace

Title 1, Chapter 4, The Holy Mythos
(
Chapters 4-7 known as  The Daughter born to accepting the fate )
Also known as Chapter 1, The Mythos of the Divine Maid

4. Those that were princesses among them brought their crowns to the sacred grove as gifts, and shepherdesses brought the new-dropped lambs, and all the daughters of the earth brought forth the fruits thereof to lay before the cave. 5. But before the cave stood an archangel of Thea, robed in a garment so white that the eyes of earth’s children were dazzled, and with a countenance of such great beauty that it was a fearful thing to look upon her. 6. And the daughters of the earth covered their eyes and threw themselves to the ground. 7. And the voice of the archangel was like to the rushing of a thousand waters. 8. And she spoke, saying: “Be not afraid, for a new light is dawning over the world. Be not afraid, but approach no further, for if you cannot look on me, how should you look upon my Lady, whose handmaiden I am?”

9. And her voice grew gentle, like the wind among the icicles, and sweet beyond all telling. 10. Then she spoke, saying: “This night shall a child be born that shall be the daughter of light and the princess of all the world. 11. A child is coming that she shall carry the light of Thea into every part of creation, even to the most desolate of the places of darkness. 12. Rejoice, poor wanderers of the earth and exiles from the house of your Mother, for to you shall come a guide and a deliverer.”

13. When the voice of the archangel ceased, a silence fell that was the first true silence since the beginning of the world, and the last that shall be until its end, 14. and the children of earth watched the sky as the first rays of dawn crept across the heavens. 15. Then a cry issued out of the cave, saying: “The holy child is born from the most holy Mother; light has come forth from light, perfection from perfection.” 16. At once the air was filled with the daughters of heaven, and the sky was ablaze with the radiance of their joy, 17. and they sang aloud to the glory of Thea. 18. When the shining ones ceased from their song, the world became quiet again, and the star grew brighter and ever brighter, until it shone brighter than the radiance of all the host of heaven; and yet its light was so gentle that the eyes of earth’s children were not dazzled, 19. and the colour of the light was not one of the seven, but a wondrous luminescence not known within the boundaries of the world.

The reading may be followed by a prayer in your own words:

Sophia Ruth discovered this wonderful poem on the internet.

My Beautiful White Dove

My favorite and most beautiful bird is the beautiful white Dove
Representing Heaven and God’s love from above
The white dove represents peace and unity
When I see it flying I feel happy and free
When the dove returned with an olive branch
…proving that land had been found
Such a beautiful, intelligent bird that descends from Heaven
…watching over man treading the ground
Doves are full of love, peace, grace and sacrifice
They represent kindness, happiness and being nice
A Dove have the eyes to see the best in people
…and a heart that forgives
It has the mind to forgive the worst, forget the bad,
…and a little bird soul that prays for you to live
That beautiful white Dove will NEVER lose faith in God above
Thank you beautiful white Dove for descending from Heaven
…and spreading your love
The deepest kind of peace and faith is represented by the Dove
It will quiet our trouble thoughts, renew our mind and spirit
OUR HEAVENLY WHITE DOVE

Psalm 1: Blessed are the souls

Blessed are the souls, O Daughter, who love Your name;
Your graces will comfort them.
Those souls will be refreshed as by fountains of water;
you will produce in them the fruits of justice.
Blessed are You, by Your holy heart.

By the beauty of Your Form,
You surpass all beings;
by the excellence of Your sanctity,
You surpass all angels and archangels.

Your mercy and Your grace are preached everywhere;
the Holy Mother has blessed the works of Your hands.

All LIFE rests in potentiality, within Source or Absolute Deity, the Great Mother, Dea Matrona.
She Who is the ‘Bright Shimmering Darkness’ and the ‘Dark beyond the light and Light beyond the Darkness’ The Ground of all being. Dea is the first, and highest and only necessary “thing” [Intelligence/Spirit] that exists.
Dea Matrona emanated / “breathed out” the Matrix & Creatrix, Dea Matrea, Celestial Mother Mari.

~~~
The seed, containing the blueprint and essence of the life of the Apple Tree, is symbolic of the Matrix & Creatrix, Dea Matrea, Celestial Mother Mari, Who, Herself, contains the Supernal Blueprint and ESSENCE of the Tree of Life.
She gathers from Source or Absolute Deity, the Great Mother, the seeds containing the Essence of Life and She births [emanates] them into material manifestation. Therefore, the Holy Mother Mari is, for us: Dea, Apple of Wisdom.
~~~

The outer apple represents the material manifestation of Creation. The inner spiritual seeds containing the Essence of Life, taken together with the outer apple of material manifestation represent the two Threads of the Spiritual and the Material being woven together to create All Being, FORM, which is exactly what Divine Soul Di Jana, Apple of Wisdom, signifies.

with artwork collage, I am commissioning pendants from Madria Erin’s source:

£15

2. Apple beads x3 in Mashan Jade (Dyed Apple Green Marble)

10mm x3 (41 beads) £3.73 1/2 pence  https://www.beadshopuk.com 0.09 pence each x 3 = 0.27  pence

The healing properties of Marble is used as a cleanser which is beneficial for the blood, skin and systems that help cleanse the body such as the lymphatic, digestive system and integumentary system. Metaphysically this stone is beneficial for clarity during tantric activities and meditative states. It aids strength of self control and mastery of thought. It improves total recall of dreams and provides protection, stability and structure of one’s physical, emotional and spiritual facets.

3. three seed beads in clear rock crystal quartz

8mm (6 beads) 0.99 pence http://www.charming-beads.co.uk 0.1 1/2 pence each = 0.99 pence

Its name derives from the Ancient Greek “krustallos” meaning ice because they believed that quartz was ice that never melted because it was formed by the gods.

Properties – Believed to be the most powerful healing and energy amplifier. It absorbs, stores and releases energy and is excellent for unblocking.

4. “septade” 4x (Earth) beads in Dark Blue Dyed Jade

10mm (38 beads) £4.48 1/2 pence  http://www.beadshopuk.com 0.12 pence each x 4 = 0.47 pence

5. “septade” 3x (Heaven) beads in Purple Dyed Jade

8mm (10 beads) £2.96 https://www.beadshopuk.com 0.29 1/2 pence each x 3 = 0.88 1/2 pence

Jade is known as the “heart” stone as it enhances all aspects of love, is also known as the stone that brings abundance and is also known as stone for bringing emotional balance and stability. Jade is also known to give self reliance and confidence. is known also for its protective qualities especially with children with illnesses. Jade comes in many shades of green. Jade is more known in ancient times for its toughness. Jade may also come in shades of grey, white, black, yellow or orange or even violet tones.

Type C Jade: This refers to jade that has been color enhanced (to be blunt, dyed). Jade is a porous stone so it is easy and inexpensive to dye. A variety of methods can be used – from sophisticated polymers to as simple as boiling the jade in dyed water. Most bright green jade and purple jade is the result of dye, but clever sneaky jade dealers are also dying the color so that it is subtle and mottled – just slightly better than it was – so that it looks more natural.

Jade Imitations
These are materials that look like jade (sometimes extremely convincingly!) but are not at all jade – not even remotely related to it.
Dyed polycrystalline quartz (aka dyed chalcedony): This is very convincing because it has the same granular-looking translucence as jade (even with a microscope!). You can tell the
difference sometimes because the quartz will take on a higher polish than the jade (vitreous luster vs. waxy luster)
Glass:
Plastic:
Serpentine:
Hydrogrossular garnet
Chrysoprase

The Royal Titles for the Trinity

Sunnadi/Sunday

14 Abalon/Sept. 18

(Sunnadi is, of course, the day of the Sun. The Sun symbolizes the Bright Light of the Celestial Mother. It is also the symbol of Madria Theia. Madria Theia represents the Holy Mother and rules over this day.)

O, Madria Theia, Janya of Illumination, Joy and Benevolence. Be with us. May the Pure Stream of your Virtues flow within me, into this world and in all the worlds to come.

As we know, the Divine Feminine Trinity preceded the Christian Trinity by aeons.

Hekate Soteria Hekate

maxresdefault  Sophia

brigitflame  Brighid

bfffe151cf6aefb1901e5570c050878e  Triple Goddess of Hinduism.

For Janite Deanists, (Day-an-ists) the Divine Feminine Trinity is Dea Madria/Mother God; Dea Filia/Daughter God and Dea Matrona/Great Mother God. Each, in our Tradition, has a royal title (1):

The Holy Daughter has three Royal/Priestly titles:

3421252_orig

The Holy Daughter is Princess of the Earth.

24) And the Genia (Janya) said: It is good that you bring your crown, for you are a great princess, but the Holy Child shall be Princess of all the World. (The Mythos of the Divine Maid, Chap. II verse 24.)

…1) To You I give the governance of all these things. 2) You shall command the movements of the waters and the wind shall be Your servant. 3) The seasons of the Earth shall You control and all the times and seasons in the lives of My creatures. 4) Every soul on Earth and in the Heavens shall be given into Your care and the highest stars of the firmament shall know You as their Sovereign….  6) And the Maid ruled over all the world... (The Mythos of the Divine Maid, Chap. II verses 1-6.)

This is reminiscent of both Persephone, who governs the Seasons and of Daughter Sophia, Who is the World Soul and governs Creation.

In Chapter II, the Genia/Janya continues to explain that the Holy Child, like the Goddess Sophia, is the Daughter of Wisdom. ( Lower Sophia is the Daughter of the Barbelo, Who is Higher Sophia, Wisdom, Herself.)

Sophia Come, eat of My Bread and Drink of the Wine I have mixed. These are the words of Wisdom/Sophia as found in Proverbs 9/5.

The Holy Daughter is Priestess of Heaven [mediating to the World]:

30) And the Genia/Janya said: It is good that you bring your crown, for you are a true and loving priestess and a servant of your people, but the Holy Child shall be Priestess of all the world and shall serve Her children even to the last and greatest service. (Mythos of the Divine Maid chapter 2 verse 30.)

16: And She stood at the great Altar and took up a wheaten loaf (for full text see Mythos of the Divine Maid, chapter Seven verses 16- 24.)

goddess-queen

The Holy Daughter is Queen of Heaven.

10) And the children of Heaven greeted Her, crying: Hail, Princess of the World; Hail, Queen of Heaven. And they placed a crown of stars about Her head. 11) And the blue night was Her cloak and the stars of the sky, the crown about Her head and the moon lay at Her feet. And they cried again: Hail, Queen of Heaven. (Mythos of the Divine Maid chapter seven verses 10 and 11.)

(We have three versions of the Traditional main prayer to the Divine Feminine in the West, the Hail, Mary. The words are basically the same for each Person of the Trinity, which illustrates that Dea is One. The Hail, Anna version reflects the fact that the Holy Daughter is both Daughter of the Mother and Mother to us all.)

Hail, Anna, [Jana] Fount of Grace, Glory be to Thee. Blessed art Thou, O, Queen of Heaven and Blessed is Thy Beloved Mother. Holy Dea, Daughter God, bless us, Thy children, now and unto the ages of ages. Amen. [‘so be it’]

1441225453428

The Celestial Mother is the Mistress of all Things and from Her flow the Seven Rivers of Life (the Janati and their Powers/Virtues).

1) Before and beyond all things is the Mistress of All things, and when nothing was, She was. (The Creation, Chapter 1 verse 1.)

e3076f2aa4083c4b7ea543e117b74855

In Janite Tradition, the Celestial Mother is the High Queen.

Hail, Mari, Fount of Grace, Glory be to Thee. Blessed art Thou, O, High Queen of Heaven and blessed is Thy beloved Daughter. Holy Dea, Mother God, bless us, Thy children, now and unto the ages of ages. Amen. [‘so be it’]

CroneGoddess

In Janite Tradition, the Great Mother (equal to the Barbelo) is the Empress.

Hail, Mysteria, Fount of Grace, Glory be to Thee. Blessed art Thou, O, Empress of Heaven and blessed are the Beloved Mother and Daughter. Holy Dea, Great Mother God, bless us, Thy children, now and unto the ages of ages. Amen. [‘so be it’]

~

And so, the Holy Daughter is the Queen of Heaven; the Celestial Mother is the High Queen of Heaven and the Great Mother is the Empress of Heaven. Together, they are One. Blessed is She.



Eternal is the Light of the Mother.

Eternal is the Love of the Daughter.

Eternal is the Life of the Great Mother.

Glorious is the Eternity of Dea.

~

May Our Lady bless you,

Blessed is She.

Appleday / Thursday – honouring the Great Mother as the First Great Mystery: The Ground of All Being She is the Life and Essence of All Being and the Apple of Wisdom. Appleday is presided over by Lady Justina (which means just, righteous).
Lady Justina is of the Fourfold Earth and is the Guardian of West and Earth. The Season of Autumn. I will strive to emulate Lady Justina, in Order, Harmony and Justice.

Mystery:

The Great Mother as Ground of All Being.
As I understand Her:
Dea Matrona is ultimate reality. Dea is the first, and highest and only necessary “thing” [Intelligence/Spirit] that exists, and thus, had Dea Matrona not emanated / “breathed out” Celestial Mother Mari, Dea Matrona would be the only “being” [Intelligence/Spirit] that exists.

The Celestial Mother Mari is the Matrix. She gathers from Source or Absolute Deity, the Great Mother, the seeds containing the Essence of Life and She births [emanates] them into material manifestation. Therefore, the Holy Mother Mari is, for us: Dea, Apple of Wisdom.

Di Jana is the Apple of Wisdom.
The outer apple represents the material manifestation of Creation. Cox's Orange Pippin Apples

Etymology
Abalon: Old Welsh, Old Cornish, or Old Breton aball or avallen(n), “apple tree, fruit tree” (cf. afall in Modern Welsh, derived from Common Celtic *abalnā).[1][2][3][4][5]
Ablach means “Having Apple Trees”[6] – derived from Old Irish aball (“apple”)—and is similar to the Middle Welsh name Afallach, which was used to replace the name Avalon in medieval Welsh translations of French and Latin Arthurian tales. All are etymologically related to the Gaulish root *aballo- (as found in the place name Aballo/Aballone, now Avallon in Burgundy or in the Italian surname Avallone) and are derived from a Common Celtic *abal- “apple”, which is related at the Proto-Indo-European level to English apple, Russian яблоко (jabloko), Latvian ābele, et al.[7][8]

Madrian Meditation:
“Now stand at the centre of the flux, and at the centre of the mysteries of the flux.
All things of all time convolve about Eternity; all things of space about the infinate still Point which is the Centre.
Mother has not Thy Daughter said that not a sparrow lights upon a twig but it shadows forth the conflict of evil with the Good, nor any grain of sand shifts in the desert reflecting not some spiritual truth, neither does a comet fall in the furthest corner of the cosmos without an inner meaning.
Mother, Who seest and knowest all these things , what is the wisdom of this world compared to the mystery that lies within the humblest weed that we bruise beneath our feet?
Guide us through the subtle labyrinth, that we may come safe to the centre.”

More Research & Etymology

The name ‘Avalon’ as present day readers understand was popularized in Geoffrey of Monmouth’s work The History of the Kings of Britain, where he referred to the Insula Avallonis. This is Geoffrey’s Latin interpretation for the Welsh name Ynys Avallach, and he dubs Avalon the ‘isle of the apples,’ an association that will remain with Avalon throughout literature and legend (Lacy 307). However, Geoffrey’s Latin name, and consequently the modern name of Avalon, was probably influenced by not only the Welsh name but also by the actual town called Avallon in Burgundy, France which is Gaulish for ‘apple-place’ (Lacy 307). Thus, readers today learn of the mystical Isle of Avalon and its various associations with apple orchards in literature.

Apple (Eng.)/ Pomme (Fr.) / Manzana (Sp.)

These words, which all mean the same thing, should be explained one at a time, as they come from different sources. In regard to apple, all European languages other than the Romance languages, ie., the great majority of Indo-European languages, including the Celtic tongues, use a word with a root ap, ab, af or av for apples and apple trees: aballo (Celtic), apple(Eng.), Apfel (Germ.), aeppel (Old Eng.), abhal (Irish Gaelic), epli (Icelandic), afal (Welsh), jabloko (Russian), and jablko (Polish). In regard to pomme, this French term comes from the Latin pomum, which originally referred to all fruit. Before Christianity was adopted as the official religion of the Roman Empire some time in the 4th. Century, the Latin word malum (melon in Greek) meant “apple.” After the adoption of Christianity, however, and due to the important symbolism of the apple in the bible (ie, the Garden of Eden), the general term pomum, “fruit,” was used to describe the apple as “the fruit of fruits.” In regard to manzana, this Spanish term comes from the Iberian pronunciation of matiana, a Gallo-Roman translation of the Latin word matianum, which was a scented, golden apple first raised by and named after Matius, a friend of Caesar’s who was also a cookbook author [“Apple” Footnote: The French village of Avallon (in the Yonne area), where there are a lot of apple trees, received its name from the legend of the sacred island of Avalon or Abalon, meaning “Apple Orchard”–incidentally, the “-on” suffix is an “augmentative” and explains the origin of the name of the Pacific shellfish “Abalone”–that is, “big apple.”].

Mala

Mala is the Madrian name for this month. We do not have any definitive information about the significance of this word.

This is the nearest explanation, which would be understandable as a Greek to Latin etymology – the 2 classical cultures which influenced the founders of Lux Madriana. Barbara supplied:

malic (adj.)
1797, from French malique (18c.), from Latin malum “apple” (the acid, discovered 1785 by Scheele, was obtained from unripe apples and other fruits), from Greek melon (Doric malon) “apple,” probably from a pre-Greek Mediterranean language. The Latin and Greek words also meant “fruit” generally, especially if exotic.

In Latin, the words for ‘apple’ (“mālum”) and for ‘evil’ (“mălum”) are nearly identical. This may also have influenced the apple’s becoming interpreted as the biblical ‘forbidden fruit’ in the commonly used Latin translation called “Vulgate”

In traditional societies, all forms of manifestation/Creation exist as Sacred essences or spirit at one with Madria Dea/Dea Matrea, Mari who is Divine Essence/Spirit. They exist before being manifested as material forms and will exist for eternity after extinction on whichever manifest plane they were materialised on.

We celebrate our Celestial Mother Mari’s loving gift of the Sacred season of Spring; with the increasing light and warmth of the physical sun and the bountiful life and growth of all of lovely Nature.

Lady Maia with miniature Maypole, Rose, & Flower Moon

Lady Maia (my-ah) is the first person of the Moirai, pronounced my-rye, the Fates of Greek mythology who control the Threads of Fate within manifest realms. Lady Maia is a Janya/a perfect expression of our Creator Mother, spinning our Soul Path, with the positive aspect of “worldly enjoyment” remembering all of manifestation as a Spiritual lesson for
our souls return to Dea. She also has the negative aspect of ignorance, in Sanskrit known as Maya which refers to world illusion, becoming attached to the material and forgetting the Spirit Source of All, Madria Dea.

The Maypole is the world/cosmic axis/tree, branches symbolising Heaven, the trunk the middle world and the roots the lower/nether region. All the coloured ribbons represent the various qualities of material existence flowing down from Celestial Mother Mari. Once it was the women who danced as representatives of Dea, now it is the children. This is the Sacred dance of Celestial Harmony and Order brought by Holy Jana as Princess of the World [also Janya Lady Thema (Thay-ma)] and also the dance represents the soul in a material world experiencing entanglements of moirai/fate/karma.

So find any excuse to dance and laugh, knowing that you are one with Dea, the Source and Centre of all.

The crowning of a girl dressed in white as Queen of the May represents Holy Jana as Princess of the World.

Note:
Janya: meaning life or generator of life.
Janati: (plural) Sanskrit for generate, cause, to be born, create, beget and to produce.

Traditional Drink

Syllabub Recipe
Syllabub is one of the treats sometimes shared among the Mayers. At one time they were offered “a syllabub of warm milk direct from the cow, sweet cakes and wine” for example in Northumberland, according to the Golden Bough, Vol. 2, page 67. Here is a recipe for it given from A Choice Collection of Cookery Receipts. Syllabub is very different but very good, and it is appropriate to the season.

1 pint of white wine
1 lemon, pared, steep in the wine for two hours
juice of one lemon, add to wine
sugar to taste
1 quart of cream, warm
Put all in a bowl and whisk until thick.

syllabub

Here is a simpler recipe for Syllabub, in case you don’t happen to have a cow handy.
½ cup cream
1 level tablespoon of sugar.
Warm the cream (30 seconds in microwave) and whisk to bubbles. Add:
½ cup white wine
Pour into a glass and drink. There were supposed to be lemon parings and lemon juice but these aren’t needed because the wine will serve as an acid to thicken the cream. This is a recipe for one, make as many as you like.

Scripture relating to the Holy Daughter as Princess of the World

25 Verses
Title 1, Chapter 10
THE HOLY MYTHOS
Chapter 10
1. And as She walked, the children of the earth threw blossoms before Her, and though Her feet rested on them, they were not bruised. 2. And She reigned over all the earth, bringing all nature back to life, and all life back to the true law and rhythm of nature, and the whole world knew Her as its princess. 3. The children of the earth were filled with love for Her, and gathered about Her with tears of joy, touching Her robes and giving themselves to Her in their hearts.
4. And She gathered them together and taught them many things, saying:

“You have gained knowledge of the world, but I say, be not wise with the wisdom of the world, nor proud with the pride of the world, nor troubled with the dignity of the world, neither lose yourself in any of the ways and fashions of the world, but come to Me as little children in the pure simplicity of your hearts and the virgin innocence of your souls; for truly, all of you are children in the eyes of your Mother, and I shall receive all who come as Her children. Come to Me and all faults shall be forgiven.”

Scripture relating to the Divine origin of souls and the world being an illusion

26 verses
Title 3, Chapter 4
THE SECRET OF THE WORLD

1. My children, whose souls are My family, I shall speak to you of the things that I have seen. Let no one say that the world is good, nor that the world is evil. 2. For I have stood at the highest point of the world and at the lowest; and from both of these can the world be seen, and from no other. 3. The cosmos is a perfect sphere, even lovelier than the sun, and yet it is all riven through with kear. 4. All that is was fashioned by My Mother out of the laughter of Her heart and the skill of Her hands, and all that is very good, more than any soul can know.
5. But kear is not. Kear is naught. Kear is the black abyss that has turned its face from
My Mother and has frowned upon the laughter of Her heart. 6. This abyss of kear lies between the world and My Mother, and every soul and She. For every soul is an image of the world.

[I reject verse 7, as I do not believe in a sacrificial death of the World Soul, Heavenly Mother on Earth; Di Jana].

8. and My soul has cried out in her distress; cried out into the echoless void. Truly, there is no suffering like to this suffering, nor any pain of body or of mind. 9. And you, My children, each of you that gathers around Me, each of you in your robe of purest white, each one has this kear within her, and there is not one without it anywhere.

[I reject verse 10, as the “fallen” sinful, guilt laden doctrine of christianity. In the Clan Jana Divine Drama we wished to experience all that was not Dea through childlike curiousity, having given us free will, Mother Mari manifested planes of existence outside of Her Good Realm/Heaven/All One Spirit so that with a Divine Mother’s
loving protection we could explore and reject with all our being all that is not of Her].

11. And your souls, your laughing souls, all robed in purest white, that are lovelier than the sun because they are the image of My Mother, are riven through with kear. 12. And your dearest joy must ring as a silver bell that has a crack; sweetly, but never in perfection. 13. Oh, do not say that you are perfect, for then you can not understand either the world or your own selves. 14. Do not say that you are innocent, for that would be to mock My suffering. 15. For I love each of you, and I have proved My love, and shall prove it evermore. 16. For I have conquered death and kear, and I bring to you My conquest. 17. Open your heart to Me, and I shall bring you all the fruit that have reaped in
sorrow.
18. Seek not to conquer kear alone nor cleave alone to good, but open your heart to Me,
and let Me live through you, for I shall open the way to your true soul, your laughing soul, all robed in white even lovelier than the sun [I reject the end of the sentance see rejection of verse 7].

19. Turn from the evil of the world and come to Me, and I shall lead you to your heart’s true home.
20. Come to Me, My children, in the innocence of your hearts, and look upon the beauty of the world; for everything reflects the glory of Thea. 21. Do not see the world through the eyes of the world, but through the eyes of the Eternal. 22. Know also that the world is not so solid as it seems, but in truth it is an illusion. 23. Change that within you and the world without will change. But seek to change the world, and all of essence will remain the same.
24. And this is the secret of the world which the world would hide from you: that all things lie within the souls of maids, and only the Thea is without.

25. For in order to gain the world, you must give the world away; and in order to attain your desire, you must pass beyond all desire; and in order to find yourself, you must lose yourself; and in order to have eternal life, you must go unto death [I reject the end of the sentance see rejection of verse 7]. 26. And this is the secret of the world which all the world will hide from you.

Notes:
“Kear” is a chasm or gap that separates a child of Thea from Thea, a crack that breaks what is whole into divided pieces. It is pronounced as though it rhymes with fear and dear.

Madria Erin’s Devotional Poems/Prayers to the Holy Trinity

Madria Erin’s Devotional Poems/Prayers to the Holy Trinity

Each one of the following is focussed on a different person of the Godhead (Heavenly Mother, the Daughter, and the Great Mother, respectively). I see these three as being inherently connected and could possibly be treated as three parts of one larger poem.

Mantle of Light
Heavenly Mother Mari
Enfold us in thy loving arms
And keep us under thy mantle
Now and for all eternity.
Shining Sun of the universe,
Illuminate our darkest hours,
For we are Your Children,
And You are our Mother,
Our God and Our Creatrix.
Empress of Infinity, keep us.
Blessed are You.

Princess, Priestess, Queen
Princess, Priestess, Queen
Winged with glory and
Crowned with moonlight
Anna of the golden dawn
Daughter of Eternity
Guide us to our Heavenly Mother
In this world and all worlds to come.
So mote it be.

O Great Mystery
O Great Mystery
Veiled Origin of Eternity
The First Principle
And the Final Cause
It is you who gives life,
And you who gives death
That we may have life anew
To guide our souls through profane realms.
O Great One,
Darkness who births the Light,
Mother of our Mother,
We praise You.
Thus may it remain.
